If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. To avoid any kind of heartbreak for not receiving a refund, keep your eyes open on the company’s refund/return policy.

Orders placed with Limelight Diamonds offer a 15-day Refund Policy, which means if you want to return the product back to us within 15 days of the shipping date, a 100% refund of the product value amount will be sent to your payment source.

Please note that for jewellery purchases above ₹1,00,000 that include a complimentary gold coin, the return process mandates the return of the gold coin to its original condition. If the coin is not returned, the prevailing market value of the coin will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that the refund policy does not apply to watches.

  1. What is the 15-Day Refund Policy?

Full Payment Back: The return policy gets activated, and a 100% refund of the original product value will be paid successfully if the product is returned within 15 days.

Exclusions: The policy is applicable only to the available jewellery and NOT to the customised jewellery products.

Discount Adjustment: The refund will be adjusted according to the discount offers, coupons, and vouchers applied at the initial time of purchase.

Refund Timeline: You will receive your refund within 21 business days via online bank transfer to your payment account.

  1. Are there any shipping charges applicable?

Yes. A shipping charge of Rs 750/- shall be borne by the customer for the return of the product under this policy.
